The TPC Pharmacy Team offers a specialist Warfarin Service, looking after patients in over 30 practices across Bradford to date. Our team of Pharmacists and Warfarin Practitioners work with our Lead Pharmacist, Eleanor Barnes, and a GP Clinical Lead, Dr Alicia Haddad, under the experienced guidance of our Warfarin Service Operations Manager, Kirsty Watmuff. Together, they deliver the service safely and effectively to housebound patients in their own homes, and in clinics in 5 locations across Bradford.
